Book your Hot Face Yoga class

 

Classes are held at Yoga Wild Oceanside, California.

 

Join us on Sunday, March 8th at 1pm for an hour of fun and intense face yoga!

Please ensure you are at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class starting.

What do I need to attend the class?

- Bring a cushion so you can sit comfortably during the session.

- A face oil of your choice.  We have a limited number of Ayurvedic face oils available to purchase.

- Gua Sha Tool & Roller: Available on Amazon for around $10. We will teach you how to use the gua sha and roller at home.

 

Note: Don't worry if you can't get the gua sha and roller in time. We can show you how to use your hands to achieve a similar result but we highly recommend you acquire the facial tools for your next class.
